What you have to do to WIN:

• Create any type of look you desire using ONLY drug store makeup products. That means no M.A.C., no Smashbox, etc.
• Submit as many pictures as you would like but only of ONE look.
• Make sure you list all products used (this is a full face challenge, not just eyes!).
