China Glaze White Cap

The only polish I picked up from ChG Anchors Away collex was White Cap. I read that it's very sheer so I did 2 coats over 2 coats SH Insta-Dri Whirlwind White.
Can't really see the subtle sparkle it had, but I took a few pics anyway.

I added some water decals from Viva La Nails, too.

Thanks for looking!

Belated Valentine's Day Mani: Drag Marble

This is my first attempted drag marble attempt that I copied from Colette. She is so talented!

I used OPI Make Love as the base and I painted one coat on all fingers (after my basecoat) then did each nail one at a time. I used China Glaze White on White, Maybelline Berry Charming, and the dotting tools I received from the Born Pretty Store. It was very simple to do and probably took me 15 minutes for both hands. Some of these turned out really cool and I think I will be doing these again.

Have you tried a drag marble mani yet?

Don't forget to use the code CONTESTS23 to get 10% off at  the Born Pretty Store!

NOTD OPI Black Label Chapel of Love

I got this a WHILE back and even though V-day is over I wanted to wear this pink. (Will post my V-day mani later)

I forgot how sheer this was. (I bought this for the name :)  )

Here's four coats:

Reminds me of summer! A nice pinky/coral but that golden shimmer doesn't show up too well on the nail.

Kleancolor Blue Holo?

Woo I am on a roll today! I think this is the last one.

I found this at a dollar store that isn't really a dollar store. You know what I mean? I hate those it's either a dollar store or it isn't!

Anyways this is called Blue Holo. I compared it to the Milani Cyberspace.

In the above pics it looks much more 'holo-y' than Cyberspace.
 Blue Holo

 Cyberspace
 Same corresponding nails as above

I like Blue Holo better, even though it was harder to remove than Cyberspace.

What do you think? I wonder if Kleancolor makes more holos...

The First Franken I have ever attempted

I made this before Christmas for a great Christmas polish or something comparable to Deborah Lippmann Ruby Red Slippers w/o the black base.

I added so many things to this I can't remember the whole list. I know that wnw Prancer and the topcoat it came with, ChG Phat Santa, Ruby Slippers and another ChG red cream. It came out super runny and thin b/c of that topcoat so I did 2 coats over 2 coats Phat Santa.

Then I attempted some tips with the Nail Art French Stamp Template DIY Kit that I got from Born Pretty Store. And I added a 'winter flower' with the 2way DOTTING Pen Marbleizing Tool Nail Art Dot Paint which didn't come out too well- my fault though.

If you want to order anything from Born Pretty Store, use code CONTESTS23 for 10% off discount until 03/31/2011.

Confetti Pink Paradise + wnw Cupid

I picked up Confetti Pink Paradise b/c I read here that is a good dupe for OPI Bubble Bath. I wanted BB b/c I watch Giada de Laurentiis all the time and love her soft pink nail color.

I also picked up wnw Cupid that was release when the Holiday palletes were out.

I did three coats of PP and 2 coats of Cupid w/ChG Fast Forward.

I did this before I filed my nails down. I can keep them this length but I am so afraid that they'll break stupidly like getting them stuck in a hanger. Almost happened the other day at Kohl's.
Did you get any of the wnw holiday colors?

SpaRitual Health, Wealth & Happiness

I picked this up when I ordered from SkinStore a while back. They have pretty good pricing and 20% off a lot of the time and they sell SpaRitual!

This is my first polish from SpaRitual and I think it's name is so suited for this color. A lot going on here = a lot of pics!

Sorry some are so blurry, this was at night. This is 3 coats of perfection!
Do you have this one? If not, GET IT!!
