She had never heard of Konad before (and neither had I before I started with the beauty blogging world) and she was soo impressed that we skittled her fingernails with images! I didn't take any pics (sorry) but just rest assured that there will be MANY more Koni attempts in the future.
Anyways, after we did her nails we used Shine Happy on my hair for 10 minutes and John Frieda Luminous Glaze on her hair for 20 minutes.
Shine Happy comes with gloves and it's a clear dye that makes your hair supershiny and lighten it a bit. She did my hair and then I did hers. The glaze you can use is either a daily thing or once a week on dry hair for 20 minutes. The glaze did not come with gloves. My nails got all messed up! Which I didn't think would happen, but it gave me an excuse to do them again!
So today I give you this:
'This' is 2 coats wet n wild Heavy metal, 2 coats SH Nail Prisms Garnet Lapis, tips SH Nail Prisms Lapis Amethyst, 1 coat SH Diamond Strength Diamonds! I couldn't stop so I had to do the tips! This was very hard to photograph to get all of the different colors that GL has in it. Greens, Purples, Blacks, Oh my!

I love your nails/tips! I sometimes do my tips with 3-4 coats of a sheer color after doing the base with just one coat of the same color. I like the look, but not as much as I like yours! Sounds like you and your friend had a fun evening :)
Thanks, Mary! I was so proud of my steady hand to get these looking just right.
We did have a long, over-due, fun girls night!
