According to Disney Parks Blog, Mickey's Sorcerer Hat is painted 'with a custom technique called “chameleon paint” which shifts color as guests move around it.'
So cool! But, does this color already exist?
Tell me what polish color you think this could be... I think it might be Orly Royal Navy but with all the green glitter in it.

Hi Brooke!
Yah, it's too bad I just found the pic today :(
I definitely would have entered the last contest!
lexx cosmetics does one too! pretty sure it's monthly! check them out!
it kind of look similar to frostbite from China Glaze
Hey, Brooke, do you have a link for lexx cosmetics? I can't find it...
paintedbluestars...I think the base could be frostbite, but it doesn't really have that “chameleon paint” quality to it. Here's a swatch of it (it's on my toes-sorry)
I agree with "paintedbluestars"- Looks like China Glaze Frost Bite, if it had a slight foil finish, but the color itself is very close to Frostbite!
