Need Some Help Deciding on an Outfit for a Wedding Poll (and nail polish)

Hey all! I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what combo I should wear for this October wedding I have this Saturday. As well as a nail polish to go with it.

I am in love with this duster (I think that's what it's called)! The color is soo beautiful and I would like to use what I have rather than going out and buying something else. So your help would be MUCH appreciated!

Just to get a picture of the wedding-- it's not very formal. It's really just a reception. My friends have a kid and have been together for like 10+ years. They are going to the courthouse to get married. We are getting together at a banquet hall for dinner, cutting the cake, dancing, etc.

There are five options below please vote to the right which would be the best combo with black pants and black heeled shoes. Leave comments if you like. Oh, and if you can think of a good nail polish to go with it (brand with name or just a color) please post in the comments.

OK, I'll admit it-I'm being a bit lazy today!! Instead of me going around and seeing what blogs I can find that tell me about this line, I'm going to ask in a post and you can tell me :)

What do you think of e.l.f. cosmetics?

Not just the nail polish (even though I am going to try that). The eyeshadow, brushes, concealer, foundation, etc.. For almost everything being $1, I'm wondering how great their stuff is.

Watermark for my Photos

OK I tried to watermark my photos using GIMP. I'm not sure if I really really like how they look. I ended up just making it like a gray, I think? I don't know. I used this e-How website, but I couldn't complete it fully or save the text so I could use it again.

This is Sally Hansen Nail Prisms Purple Diamond 3 coats w/basecoat and topcoat taken in the sun.
My index finger is a little messed up.

Is there an easier way to watermark? What are your suggestions/tips.

In other words HHHHHEEEELLLLPPPP!!!
